Tips & Variations

Sometimes I like to add in 1 tbsp of hemp seed if I’m looking for some extra protein, fiber, or calories. Some mornings, I need a little extra nutrition in my smoothie!

I also love to eat this as a high protein dessert after dinner. I especially love topping this with some homemade granola for some extra crunch.
