These salmon nourish bowls are one of my favorite throw together dinners when I want something that feels fresh and filling without a lot of effort. Everything cooks separately, but it all comes together in a really satisfying way. Warm roasted sweet potatoes, tender flaky salmon, crisp green beans, and a generous drizzle of creamy avocado Caesar on top.

This is the kind of meal I make when I want dinner to feel balanced but still crave something comforting. Nothing fancy. Just good food in a bowl that leaves you feeling good afterward.

Why I Love This Bowl

It checks all the boxes for me. Protein from the salmon, carbs from the sweet potatoes, veggies for balance, and a creamy dressing that pulls it all together. It is also very flexible. You can prep parts ahead of time and assemble when you are ready to eat.

The dressing really makes this dish over the top. I use my Creamy Avocado Caesar Dressing here. I suggest you make it ahead and keep it on hand to use on everything, it is so so good!
