Ingredients
1 1/2poundsground turkey
1teaspoondried basil
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonsalt
2tablespoonstomato paste
3 1/2ouncesmozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
Preheat the oven. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
Make the meatball mixture. Add the ground turkey, dried basil, garlic powder, salt, and tomato paste to a large bowl. Mix with your hands until the seasonings and tomato paste are evenly incorporated.
Add the mozzarella. Shred the mozzarella and mix it into the turkey mixture until evenly distributed. You can use pre-shredded mozzarella, but freshly shredded mozzarella melts especially well.
Form the meatballs. Using a small meatball scoop, portion the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Arrange them on the prepared sheet pan, leaving a little space between each one.
Bake. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 15 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
Serve. Serve warm with marinara sauce, pasta, and vegetables. For an especially easy dinner, use your favorite jarred marinara and heat up some frozen vegetables alongside the meatballs.

Notes
For an especially easy dinner, serve these with your favorite jarred marinara, pasta, and frozen vegetables.
The meatballs can also be cooked in batches in an air fryer or seared in a skillet, but baking is the easiest option for cooking the entire batch at once.
