This BBQ chicken pizza is made with sourdough pizza crust, barbecue sauce, mozzarella, red onions, cilantro, and jalapeño ranch for the perfect homemade pizza night.

Ingredients

1poundchicken breast
1/2cupbarbecue sauceper pizza
2cupsshredded mozzarella cheeseper pizza
1small red onionthinly sliced
Fresh cilantrochopped

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the chicken in a baking dish and coat with barbecue sauce.
Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until fully cooked.
Chop or shred the chicken into bite sized pieces.
Increase the oven temperature to 500°F (260°C).
Generously oil two pizza pans or sheet pans with olive oil.
Stretch the pizza dough into 9x13 pans and let it rest for about 20 to 30 minutes. You can also start this process 1-2 hours before you start prepping dinner. This gives the dough more rise time.
Par bake the crust for 5 minutes. Then reduce the temp to 450.
Remove from the oven and top with barbecue sauce, chicken, mozzarella cheese, and red onion.
Bake for another 15-18 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Top with fresh cilantro and drizzle with jalapeño ranch before serving.
