A high protein smoothie bowl that completely satisfies my sweet tooth! Bursting with flavor from lemon, lime, cherries, banana, and vanilla protein powder.
1large frozen bananabroken in half for easier blending
1cupfrozen dark sweet cherries
1scoop Vanilla Protein PowderSimply Vanilla by Clean Simple Eats is my fave
Juice of 1/2 a fresh lemonfresh is best, trust me!
Juice of 1 fresh Lime
1/2cupplain yogurt
1/2cupice
small splash of water
Instructions
Into the blender, add all of the ingredients and just a tiny but of water. You will need the tamp that comes with the blender. Tamp it down as it blends until its thick and creamy. Add a little more water if it's not coming together.
This makes one large smoothie bowl or two smaller ones. Enjoy!!
