1/2cupmayonnaisehomemade or avocado oil mayo from the store
1ripe avocado
1/4cupfinely grated parmesan cheese
1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce(If gluten free, double check the label for gluten-free, some brands contain gluten)
1tablespoonlemon juice
1tablespoonDijon mustard
1garlic clovesmashed or grated
1/4cupwaterplus more as needed

Freshly cracked black pepperto taste
Instructions
Add the mayonnaise, avocado, parmesan, Worcestershire, lemon juice, Dijon, and garlic to a blender or food processor.
Add plenty of fresh cracked pepper and a pinch of salt.
Pour in 1 fourth cup water to get it moving, then blend until completely smooth.
Check the consistency and add a little more water if you want it thinner for drizzling.
Taste and adjust with extra salt, lemon, or pepper until it tastes right to you.
