Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise homemade or avocado oil mayo from the store
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/4 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (If gluten free, double check the label for gluten-free, some brands contain gluten)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove smashed or grated
  • 1/4 cup water plus more as needed
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add the mayonnaise, avocado, parmesan, Worcestershire, lemon juice, Dijon, and garlic to a blender or food processor.
  • Add plenty of fresh cracked pepper and a pinch of salt.
  • Pour in 1 fourth cup water to get it moving, then blend until completely smooth.
  • Check the consistency and add a little more water if you want it thinner for drizzling.
  • Taste and adjust with extra salt, lemon, or pepper until it tastes right to you.
