4ears fresh cornkernels cut off. Can sub 12-16oz bag of frozen corn
¼cupsour cream
3tablespoonsmayo
Juice of 2 limes
2clovesgarlicgrated
¼teaspooncumin
¼teaspoonsmoked paprika
¾teaspoonsalt
½cupchopped cilantro
1jalapeñoseeded and minced. optional
1teaspoonhoneyoptional
¼cupminced red onionoptional
Instructions
Cut off the fresh corn from the kernels directly into a mixing bowl. If using frozen, let it thaw first.
Min in the sour cream, mayo, lime juice, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, honey, and salt in a bowl.
Add in the minced jalapeño, cilantro, and red onion.
