For the Chicken
- 1 ½ pounds chicken breast cut into bite sized pieces
- ½ cup almond flour
- ½ cup all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Olive oil spray
For the Buffalo Sauce
- ¼ cup hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
Preheat air fryer to 385°F (196°C).
In a large bowl, combine almond flour, all purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
Add chicken pieces and toss until evenly coated.
Arrange chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil.
Cook for about 15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
Stir melted butter and hot sauce together. Toss cooked chicken in the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
