1 frozen banana 1 large handful of frozen spinach ¼ large avocado 1 pitted date 1 scoop chocolate mint cookie protein powder (Clean Simple Eats) Or Chocolate Brownie Flavor 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds ¼ cup brewed coffee optional, for a caffeine boost 1 scoop ice ¼ to ½ cup water adjust for desired thickness
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, adding a little extra water if needed.
