Print Recipe
My kids called these, "Mango Tango". These Yummy gummies contain real mango, which everyone loves. These are easy enough to make, but even easier to eat ;)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango
  • 1 small mandarin orange
  • 1/4 cup orange or apple juice
  • 2.5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp gelatin

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients, except the gelatin, in a high powered blender until smooth.
  • Transfer to a saucepan, turn on heat to medium/low.
  • add 3 tablespoons of gelatin and whisk continually until all the gelatin is dissolved and there are no clumps. DO NOT BOIL this mixture.
  • Heat it until it is warm and then turn off the heat. It’s best to keep the sauce pan on the stove (with the ehat off) to keep the mixture warm.
  • Place your silicone molds on a baking sheet for easy transfer to the fridge.
  • Using the dropper tool, fill the silicone molds for your gummy snacks. If you make all the flavors, you will have leftovers. I like to put the extras into snack sized portions in solicone muffins trays.
  • Transfer to fridge anf let these set for 2 hours.
  • Pop your gummies out of the molds and transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to a week.
