Ingredients
1/4cupsalted butter
1/4cuphoney
1/4cupbrown sugar
1tbspalmond butter
1tspcinnamon
2tspvanilla extract
1pinchsalt
1.5cupsrolled oats
2cupsrice cereal
1/4cupseeds of choice(I prefer ground flaxseed and pumpkin seeds)
1/3cupmini chocolate chips for topping
Instructions
In a medium pot over medium heat, melt together butter, honey, and brown sugar until it starts to bubble up. Turn off heat.
Add almond butter, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.
Add oats, mix. Add rice cereal and seeds. Mix well and transfer to a 12-inch parchment lined loaf pan.
Sprinkle the top with chocolate chips and fold the parchment paper over the granola bar mixture and press down firmly with your hands to flatten it out.
Place in fridge for 1–2 hours before cutting. Store in a container in the fridge.
