Prepare a batch of my simple braised beef recipe and keep warm.
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for about 45 minutes or until very soft.
Toss the cabbage and kale with enough jalapeño ranch to lightly coat.
Assemble bowls with roasted sweet potatoes, braised beef, slaw, and extra jalapeño ranch.
