My new summer staple. A bright and earthy salad dressing perfect for all your summer salads! Using loads of herbs from my herb garden and packed with nutrients and healthy fats.

1 blender or food processor A good immersion blender might also work
Ingredients
1/4cuppacked parsley leaves
1large sprig of fresh rosemary, leaves only
1/4cupenglish thyme, washed, woody parts removed
1/2cuppacked italian basil
1/4cuppacked pesto basil you can use one variety of basil but I have two growing in my garden
1largesage leaf
1/4cup water, for help with the initial blending of herbs
1 tbspdijon mustard
Juice of 2 lemons
2tbspbalsamic vinegar
1-2tspmaple syrup
1/2tspsalt
1/2 tspfresh cracked pepper
1clovegarlic
1/2cupolive oildrizzle this in last while blender is running
Instructions
Add all the washed and prepped herbs into the blender along with the water, and everything except the olive oil. Blend until most of the herbs are incorporated and there are no large pieces. Next slowly drizzle in the 1/2 cup olive oil as the blender or food processor is running until it emulsifies into a rich green dressing.
